my notes

Edna first used gumbi gumbi in a soap for her skin problem, eczema. She had partial relief, and next she tried GG in oil as a skin balm. Lastly she took the capsules with an unexpected but welcome result.

Edna Writes

Last Christmas, I was given some gumbi gumbi soap as a gift, and I found it helped with my eczema. I decided to look into gumbi gumbi a bit more, and was really surprised at what people were saying about it. It had been an aboriginal medicine – I’d never heard of it, but many people are apparently using it now for all sorts of things. A panacea? I found I could get capsules, and make a skin oil as well. I bought some to try.

The oil worked like magic, and my eczema disappeared completely in about a week. I can’t tell you how absolutely delighted I was! Once I start to break out, it takes months to settle down. With the gumbi oil, it calmed down straight away. Oh happy day.

But the biggest surprise was yet to come.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) had been my constant but very unwelcome and unpleasant companion for many years. More than twenty years to be exact. I learned to manage my diet in a way that helps me, and I was hoping against hope that the gumbi would help too. Twenty years can burn up your hope.

Without going into the gory details, I can tell you that taking the gumbi capsules has made a huge difference to my confidence, and to my life. I am so grateful. I would recommend gumbi gumbi to anyone.
